Raiza Parada is a paralegal with several years of experience in immigration law. Raiza specializes in removal defense and matters before USCIS. Raiza’s passion for supporting the immigrant community stems from being raised in a two-parent immigrant household where she observed the adversities her parents faced because of their legal status. She began to support the immigrant community in the nonprofit sector and later transitioned into private practice. Raiza’s goal is to ensure immigrants receive legal support in every step of their process.
In her current role, Raiza provides legal support to attorneys in various practice areas such as family-based petitions, adjustment of status petitions, T Visa petitions and removal defense.
