Margaret (Greta) Noll

Margaret (Greta) Noll joined HNK as a law clerk in 2025 and became an associate attorney with the firm after passing the Maryland Bar Exam in November 2025. She works primarily on removal defense, federal litigation, and affirmative immigration filings. She enjoys guiding clients through complex immigration processes and diligently advocating for positive outcomes with USCIS and in immigration court.
Greta has worked in the immigration field since 2019 and brings a diverse range of experience to her role. She graduated from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law. During law school, Greta clerked at the Baltimore Immigration Court where she drafted substantive decisions for immigration judges. She also gained significant appellate experience through her work as a supervised student attorney in her law school’s Federal Appellate Immigration Clinic. This work included preparing and delivering the oral argument for her clinic’s case before a panel at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
