Caroline Bauman

Caroline joined Haynes Novick Kohn Immigration in 2026 as an associate attorney. Her practice focuses on both business and family-based immigration matters. She assists clients in securing temporary visas, permanent residence, and U.S. citizenship, as well as navigating consular processing and other immigration benefits for foreign nationals.
Before joining the firm, Caroline worked at a boutique immigration law firm, where she first came into professional contact with immigration law and began building her foundational knowledge in the field.
As an immigrant herself, she understands the emotional complexities of navigating the U.S. immigration system, which empowers her to assist her clients with empathy and genuine care.
Caroline has also been a member of the Brazilian Bar Association since 2016 and has over ten years of experience in corporate legal work and contractual risk analysis. Her prior practice focused on real estate and private commercial contracts, as well as family and consumer protection law.
