Estefany Serrano Molina is the Front Desk Administrative Assistant at HNK. She brings over three years of customer service experience, along with a professional background as an Office Manager and Front Desk Receptionist. At the firm, she manages a wide range of administrative and HR responsibilities, helping ensure that every client feels welcomed, supported, and understood. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she serves individuals and families navigating complex immigration processes with the utmost professionalism and with cultural insight.
During her time at UMD, as a first-generation college graduate, Estefany co-founded the Latino Pre-Law Society, where she worked to uplift aspiring Latinx legal professionals. She dedicated herself to supporting underserved communities, and joined Alpha Phi Sigma and Sigma Delta Pi, embracing leadership and academic engagement in law and cultural organizations.
In her free time, she enjoys dancing, reading, and spending time with loved ones.
