Greta Noll joined HNK as a law clerk in 2025. She assists the attorneys with legal writing, research and preparing case filings. Having worked in the immigration legal field since 2019, she brings a wide range of experience and knowledge to her role. Her work has included family and employment based immigration matters, removal defense and litigation. She enjoys guiding clients through complex immigration processes and diligently advocating for positive outcomes with USCIS and in immigration court.
Greta recently graduated from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law and took the Maryland bar exam. During law school, Greta clerked at the Baltimore Immigration Court where she drafted substantive decisions for immigration judges. She also gained significant appellate experience in her law school’s Federal Appellate Immigration Clinic. Her work included preparing and delivering the oral argument for her clinic’s case before a panel at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
