Kailin Wu has been working in Immigration since graduating from American University Washington College of Law. Prior to joining Haynes Novick Kohn Immigration, he served as a Law Clerk at an employment-based immigration law firm serving multinational tech companies. Kailin’s previous experience has focused on a broad variety of non-immigrant visas such as H-1Bs, L-1s, and O-1 visas, among others.
Kailin graduated from American University Washington College of Law’s dual degree program with a Juris Doctorate and an MA in International Affairs specializing in U.S. Russian Relations and Economic Development. Kailin has a BA in Media and Telecommunications with a Minor in Russian from Indiana University, Bloomington. Kailin is also fluent in Russian and studied at St. Petersburg State University in St. Petersburg Russia.
