We believe in these words of President John F. Kennedy: “Everywhere immigrants have enriched and strengthened
the fabric of American life.” Our immigration law office is committed to helping individuals and families
become a part of the American dream.
We can assist you in obtaining permanent residence through the categories
(listed below) within two main types of permanent visas:
1. Employment-based immigrant visas - Immigrants with extraordinary ability in business, arts or sciences
- Managers and
Executives of multi-national businesses
- Outstanding professors or researchers
- Immigrants with advanced degrees
and performing work in the national interest
- Immigrants with job offers and a Bachelor degree or higher, or work experience
- Religious
workers and ministers whose services are required by their non-profit religious organization
- Immigrant investors with
substantial funds invested in the U.S.
PERM process: Some employment-based applications require
you to go through a process called Program Electronic Review Management (PERM), formerly known as Labor Certification. This
is a procedure by which the U.S. Department of Labor certifies there is a lack of qualified U.S. workers in your job category.
Once the labor shortage is certified you can apply at the CIS level for your immigrant visa. We can help you navigate this
procedure as well.

4. Diversity Lottery VisaEach year, the Diversity Lottery Program makes 55,000 new immigrant visas available for individuals from underrepresented
nations. Administered by the U.S. State Department, the Diversity Lottery Program requires that you have either a high school
education, its equivalent, or two years work experience within the last five years in a job which demands two years training.
You or your spouse must be a native of a nation eligible for the Diversity Lottery Program.
5.
J-1 WaiverA J visa is given to an individual pursuing a specific, non-permanent educational or cultural objective, including
but not limited to medical residency/fellowship training, teaching and conducting research. Some holders of this visa
are subject to a two-year home residency requirement, which must either be satisfied or waived before she or he can change
status to H, L or K or seek permanent residency.
6. EB-5 VisaThis visa is often called The Investment Green Card because it provides a direct and relatively quick way to
obtain permanent residency solely through investment in a US business that will create at least 10 jobs. The investment
levels range from $500,000 to $1,000,000 and the visa provides permanent residency for you, your spouse and any children under
the age of 21.
7. EB-1 VisaThis visa is available to certain multi-national executives and managers, outstanding professors and researchers,
and those who have an extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences, business, education or athletics. No labor certification
(PERM) is required and because visas are current for this category, the individual may apply for permanent residency simultaneously.
